Do you ever feel like you're stuck in your health or life, even though you've tried everything to move toward your goals? From a neuroscience perspective, this makes SO much sense! 

Your subconscious works 24/7 to protect you from perceived danger, using something called neuroception. And that's also how we can get stuck- because our system is coupling that desired outcome with a past negative experience, and keeping us from moving forward (to protect us). That's why working with the nervous system using somatic modalities can be so life-changing.

I had a blast recording this episode with my friend Beth Wood, a one-of-a-kind somatic life coach and cycle-syncing educator. Beth gently supports her clients by helping them alchemize their stored trauma, embody their dreamiest life, and ultimately unleash the most radiant version of themselves! 

We dove straight into the fascinating world of the subconscious (or rather, SUPERconscious!) and I loved  Beth's perspective on simplicity in our healing.
